END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT FOLLOW (“AGREEMENT”). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON OR A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT PERSON, COMPANY, OR LEGAL ENTITY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

This document is a legal Agreement between you, the Licensee, and Bruce Bueno de Mesquita. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the program. By using the program, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not access to the model.

1. COPYRIGHT
The Predictioneer’s Game program (the “Software”) is owned by Bruce Bueno de Mesquita and is protected by international copyright laws.

2. LICENSE
Bruce Bueno de Mesquita grants you limited rights to use the Software. The Software is provided only for the Licensee’s personal use or for instructional classroom use by the Licensee.

Neither the Software nor its output may be sold or used to provide consulting or other paid services to others.  The Software is provided strictly for the Licensee’s personal use and edification. The Software may not be represented as the Licensee’s product.

3. COPY RESTRICTIONS
This Software is copyrighted. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Software except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

4. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by ceasing use of the Software. This license will terminate automatically, without notice from Bruce Bueno de Mesquita, if you fail to comply with this Agreement or at any other time determined at the sole discretion of Bruce Bueno de Mesquita.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY
The Software is made available “AS IS”. Bruce Bueno de Mesquita disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

6. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Bruce Bueno de Mesquita assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software.
